Solve an image
- In a server
- Attach one image and mention
@SteersmanBot, or reply to an image attachment and mention the bot. An attachment on your own message takes priority. - In a DM
- Attach one image. No mention needed.
Results reply to your request. Slower jobs get a progress reply first, then a completion mention.
Supported images
PNG, JPEG, TIFF, or uncompressed 2D FITS. One attachment per request, up to 32 MiB, 64 megapixels, and 16,384 pixels per side. Original pixels are used for solving.
External image links, group DMs, and edited requests are not supported.
Images & notices
The bot and solver process images in memory without saving them to disk. Discord retains messages and attachments.
Send notices in a DM, or @SteersmanBot notices in a server, for data sources and license notices. Notices arrive only by DM.
